What We Collect

PowerOut.ai collects minimal personal data. When you create an account via Auth0, we store your name, email address, and authentication provider (e.g., Google). We do not collect passwords — authentication is handled by Auth0.

Monitoring Data

All AI model monitoring data (response times, availability, token counts) is collected by PowerOut.ai making direct API calls to AI providers. This data does not contain any user personal information. Monitoring data is used to calculate the AI100 Index and display public status information.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management via Auth0). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set performance cookies as part of CDN delivery.

Third-Party Services

• Auth0 — Authentication. Subject to Auth0's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• AWS — Infrastructure and data storage. Subject to AWS's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Monitoring telemetry data is retained indefinitely as part of our historical record. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
